As many of you have seen, we’ve added a new Reports section to the forums. This system allows you to submit issues, bugs, crashes, missing items, and world problems directly to our team through the website. This helps us stay organized and respond more quickly to any issues that need attention. Please read the information below to understand what each category is for and how to properly submit a report.
How to Submit a Good Report
1. Choose the correct sub-forum based on the issue you’re having.
2. Use a clear title, such as:
“[1.21.1] Lag at spawn when entering the hub”
or
“[Modpack] Game crashes when opening backpack.
3. Include as much helpful information as possible:
- Minecraft version / modpack version
- Where you were in-game (world, area, coordinates if possible)
- What happened before the issue occurred
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Screenshots, logs, or crash reports (if you have them)
4. Post your report and check back for team replies or updates.
What Each Sub-Forum Is For
Issues & Bugs Report (General)
For any bug or problem that doesn’t fit into the other categories.
Use this if you’re unsure where your issue belongs.
Performance Issues
For lag, stuttering, frame drops, long load times, server TPS drops, etc.
If it’s on your end, system specs and render distance can help.
If it’s server-side, tell us where it happens.
Crash Report
For crashes that happen while playing the modpack or on the SMP.
Include:
- Crash report text or screenshot
- What you were doing when it crashed
- Whether it was singleplayer, SMP, or during startup
If you use the Crash Assistant mod, attach its output for faster diagnosis.
Missing Item / Missing Recipe
For missing items, missing recipes, or features that should be present in the modpack.
JEI screenshots are very helpful here.
World / Chunk Issues
For broken or corrupted chunks, missing terrain, floating structures, void holes, or anything wrong with world generation.
Coordinates are extremely helpful.
